(CNN) -- A car bomb exploded at a building housing security forces in Yemen on Thursday night, killing at least four people, authorities said.
The Interior Ministry said four people were killed and 12 were injured, but the Yemen Post, an English-language newspaper that covers events in the Middle Eastern country on the Arabian Peninsula, put the number at 10 dead and about a dozen wounded, including five who suffered serious injuries.
The bomb went off at an Interior Ministry building in the southern city of Sayoun, according to the newspaper.
